Bis dahin ist es ein langer Weg – aber schon das regelmäßige Training macht großen Spaß und bringt eine Menge Erfolgserlebnisse. Beweglichkeit, Ausdauer, Kraft und Gelenkigkeit werden erhöht, und die Körperhaltung wird verbessert. Neben der körperlichen Fitness werden Aufmerksamkeit, Konzentration und Musikalität geschult und gefördert.
